Most of us don’t even understand the value of stretching. I used to run everyday without stretching, after 10 days, i couldn’t even walk. My feet were so sore that sitting and standing up felt like i had 200 pounds on my shoulders.
A friend of mine saw me just getting on the running track without stretching and asked me why don’t i stretch.
I said, Yoga is for women. LOL
He just laughed.
So i saw him doing, and i copied what he did, and i felt better instantly.
Do not do my mistake.
