Tone Your Body With The Full Body Chair Workout

You have a chair – We have a workout plan

Workouts have evolved so much that you can basically do a full body workout with everyday items. There are so many workouts that every person can find what suits him and his needs.

Today’s workout is one of my favorite. Why? Because, i can do this workout at home, in the office, or in the park after jogging.

This workout will tone your ABS, thighs and upper body.

Here’s what you need to do:

Single Leg Lunges – 3×10 reps ( each leg )

Semi-Squat – 2×10 reps

Scorpio Leg Raise 2x20reps

Triceps Dips – 2×15 reps

Push Ups – 2×10 reps

Jumping Squats – 2×20 reps

For best results do this workout 3-4 times per week.
