Strawberry Lemonade Smoothie

Strawberries have been known for their abilities to improve your eye sight, proper brain function, helps with high blood pressure, arthritis and various cardiovascular diseases.

These tasty berries are also known to be a great antioxidant, high in vitamin C and magnesium.

They also promote weight loss due to the presence of various nutrients that help to stimulate the metabolism and reduce appetite.

Ingredients:

-500 grams strawberries

6 tbsp heavy cream

-1 tbsp blueberries

-1 cup apple juice

-2 tbsp raspberries

Preparation:

-Wash all the ingredients with water and baking soda ( to remove the pesticides)

-Add all the ingredients into the blender

-Add ice ( optional)
