Homemade Chicken Cordon Bleu

In a pot with 200 ml water put little bit of

butter,

small piece of garlic,

a bit of oregano.

Boil 2-3 mins.

Use a cooking hammer to flatten the steak.

On one side add a little bit of ham and cheese.

Roll it and secure with toothpicks.

Add them into the marinada.

Before frying make a small mash and roll the steaks into it.

Bread crumbs

Parmesan

1 tbsp red pepper
