How To Make It:


  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 pound of asparagus
  • 1 lemon
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • fresh thyme/parsley
  • 3 tbsp minced garlic


Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Put the salmon on an aluminum foil and place 1/4 of the asparagus in the center. Repeat this with all the pieces of salmon and asparagus. Cut some lemon and place it under and over the salmon.

In a bowl mix the butter, the seasoning, and garlic. Drop some herb butter on top of the salmon and asparagus.

Fold the aluminum foil, making sure that its all covered. Make sure that the juices won’t run out of the foil.

Bake at 400F for 20 minutes.
