6 Fat Killer Exercises

There is not a single person on this Earth that doesn’t want a sexy, toned body. What inspired me to write this article is that, whenever i feel like working out, like every other person out there, i try to find some workout that i can do at home which i need to be easy and without equipment of course.

After couple of minutes searching i get frustrated. There are just no workouts for me. I need those short workouts that make’s me sweat in 10 minutes, and which are substitute for a 1 hour long workout in the gym.

That’s why i created this simple but effective FAT KILLER WORKOUT:

Jumping Jacks – 90 Seconds

Jumping Leg Twists – 45 Seconds

Spinning Elbows – 60 Seconds

Butt Kicks – 60 Seconds

Jumping Windmill – 60 Seconds

Knee Raises – 60 Seconds

Repeat this exercise 3-4 times a week and you will see results in no time.
