Bad posture is something that we can get by sitting incorrectly (or sitting too much), looking down to our phone, even with carrying a baby.
Bad posture can bring you back pain and can make your life harder. The pain is just unpleasant and constant and can stop you from doing your everyday activities.
Luckily, we came up with a simple exercise that everyone can do.

1.Lie on your stomach
2.Press your palms to your hips
3.Join your legs together
4.When breathing in, lift your head, chest and the upper part of your abdomen.
5.Your palms should remain pressed to your hips, and legs joined together.
6.When breathing out slowly return to the starting position.
8.Exercise 3 times a week, and you will notice the effects!
