Everyone wants to have a beautiful and slim body, but few of us have a perfectly flat stomach.
Fortunately, there is a simple and quick exercise for which in very short time you can have a flat stomach.
It is about a simple exercise that takes 14 days.
1. Stand upright with your feet apart as the width of your shoulders. With both hands, grasp both ends of the towel and hold it vertically in front of you. Without twisting your arms lean to the right.
2. Then, alternately, move left and right.
3. You need to create movements with your hands similar to the number 8. Note that your feet should move as little as possible. The same goes for your hips.
